Matsukawa Youth Center is situated at the
Matsukawa Heights of Central Alps at the
height of 770m above sea level. At the center,
3 type of training rooms (big, medium and
small), gymnasium, ground, campsite and others
are well equipped. By taking full advantage
of the surrounding natural environment, outdoor
activities such as camping, nature observation,
astronomy observation and others can be carried
out for schools, youth organizations, companies
and others.
You can meet people, chat with people,
learn and play at the center surrounded by
natural environment of four seasons. Why
don't you make use of the center?

In the nature!
|
Suzaka Youth Center is situated at the hillside
of Mt. Nekodake 1550m above sea level inside
Joshinetsu Kogen National Park. On the west
is Northern Alps moutain ranges and on the
north-west is the Hokushin Gogaku. Besides,
the Zenkoji Plain on the riverside of Chikuma
River can also be viewed. This is an area
surrounded by abundant nature, highland animals
and plants.
The weather and the climate of four seasons
change violently. At the midsummer, the highest
temperature is 25 degree Celcius which is
kind of pleasant. However, at the midwinter,
the weather is so cold that powder snow,
best for skiing, is lying deep on the ground
for a height of about 2m.
